We all know Outside Pizza is full of bad fats which increases risk of heart disease. The ready made sauce is high on sodium and preservative. The base of pizza is made of refines wheat flour (maida) which is chemically processed.
The Pizza recipe which I’m sharing here has a base made from multigrain Khakhra , sauce is prepared at home , rich in antioxidants, low on fats.
