We will make together today a Healthy Salmon Burger and this is not only easy to make but incredibly delicious. Instead of bread we will use some rice cakes a healthy alternative to bread and they work really well. This is my go to healthy lunch and perfect after a training session to re-fuel the body. Ingredients
Rice cakes ( you could use bread but these work really well)
2 salmon fillets ( you could use some tinned salmon)
1 spring onion cut up
Salt & pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 tsp capers
1 tbs bread crumbs
Lemon zest ( a little lemon juice on the burger at the end)
Green salad

Sauce
2 gherkins chopped up
1 tbs mayo
A splash of hot sauce
½ tbs ketchup
Salt and pepper
