Ingredients:

⏺ 1 @vitalfarms egg, whisked.
⏺ 1/2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Madagascar vanilla extract.
⏺ 3/4 cup @artisanaorganics tahini (stirred well with its natural oils.)
⏺ 1/2 cup @naturenates organic raw honey.
⏺ 1/2 tsp baking soda.
⏺ 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt.
⏺ 1/2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Ceylon cinnamon.
⏺ 1 cup @ottosnaturals cassava flour.
⏺ 3/4 cup @wholefoods organic semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Let’s Bake 👩‍🍳:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl add the egg, vanilla extract, tahini, and honey. Mix until well combined.
3️⃣Next, add the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour. Mix until well combined.
4️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips.
5️⃣ Drop dough by a large cookie scoop on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten with your hand and add more chocolate on top.
6️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes.
7️⃣ Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool.
8️⃣ Enjoy!
