Please don’t think that you can’t eat roti in your weightloss journey. Weightloss is all about being in deficit and maintaining the calories. I am going to share today an easy Lunch/Dinner recipes which is just 452 Calories and has 32 Protein in it. This is absolutely fulfilling meal.
Soya Bhurji + Roti & Black Chana Chaat
Soya Bhurji
Ingredients:
1 cup water (to boil soya granules)
30 Gm Soya Granules
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp grated ginger
1 small onion finely chopped
40 G frozen peas
1 medium tomato finely chopped
Spices : 1/2 tsp red chilli powder + 1/2 tsp coriander powder + 1/3 tsp turmeric powder + salt as taste
Chana chaat
Ingredients:
100 gm Boiled Black Chana
2 tbsp onions finely chopped
2 tbsp cucumbers finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
2 tbsp carrots finely chopped
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt as taste
1 tsp chaat masala
