Museli Chaat

This museli chaat is protein packed with sprouts,veggies and fresh chutneys.
The muesli takes care of the slight sweetness that a chaat should have, adds a crunch that might come traditionally from the fried namkeen without the guilt of it and makes it near perfect.

Ingredients

1 cup museli
½ cup curd
½ cup chaane
½ cup moong
1 medium size onion
1 medium size tomato
1 tbsp coriander chutney
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
Salt as per taste
1 tsp chaat masala
Sev for garnishing
Pomegranate seeds for garnishing
Mint leaves
