Today we are going to make very healthy palak paneer pulao. You must heard Palak Paneer as a vegetable, But this is something different, a healthy and delicious rice dish.

Palak rice pulao is Indian style spinach rice made with basmati rice, fresh spinach, spices and herbs. This iron rich dish is super easy and quick to make. It’s a meal in itself and you won’t need any side dish. But you may serve it with a raita or with salad.

Ingredients
Spinach- 250 gm
Sugar- ¼ tsp
Rice- 1 Glass
Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
Cloves-3-4
Black Pepper- 3-4
Green Cardamom -2
Black Cardamom- 1
Bay leaf- 1
Salt to taste
Ghee- ½ tsp
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Paneer- 100 gm
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Cashews – 10-12 (optional)
Onion -1 Medium size
Ginger garlic paste- ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder- ½ tsp
Coriander Powder- ½ tsp
Cumin Powder- ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder- ½ tsp
