This is my fav weight loss meal right now 🙌🏻
🎉 and it only takes 5 minutes to whip together
Today is day 20 of 100, where 12 of every meal I eat is full of non starchy veggies or fruit. It’s going great and eating more veggies has for sure become a habit of mine again.

Here’s how I make it:
In a pan warm together frozen rice and drained chickpeas from a bpa free can. Add nutritional yeast and a little low sodium soy sauce.
While that’s the n the stove, Ribbon I large cucumber, Add low sodium soy sauce (to taste), 1-3 tsp tahini and mix together
Add everything to a bowl and add lots of cherry tomatoes.
