– It’s not going to kill you

Mussels
– Low fat protein source
– Around 16g of protein per 100g
– Can cooked them as is and they’ll be delicious
– Or put them into a recipe and it’s even better

Girlfriend
– Yeah look this was a joke
– But my girlfriend really do be carrying this prep
