Copycat Chick-Fil-A Nuggets
•1 lb chicken breast, cut in cubes
•1 cup dill pickle juice
[wet ingredients]
•1 egg
•1/2 cup milk
[dry ingredients]
•1 cup flour
•2 tsp salt
•1 tsp pepper
•1 tsp paprika
1️⃣ Marinate chicken cubes in pickle juice (from 1 hour-24 hrs), then drain.
2️⃣ Add chicken into the wet mixture, then the dry, shake off any excess coating.
3️⃣ Lay in a single layer in the air fryer. Spray with oil. Air fry at 380F for 15 mins, flipping half way.
