Moong dal dhuli – 1/4 cup
Moong dal sabut – 1/4 cup
Masur dal dhuli – 1/4 cup
Arhar dal – 1/4 cup
Chana dal – 1/4 cup
Oats – 1 cup ( Soaked 10-15 mins)
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chili – 1-2
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Dhaniya powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – To drizzle
Mix Dal Oats Dosa is rich in complex carbohydrates, micronutrients, protein, B-vitamins, and fiber.
Pulses are also particularly rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and potassium.
I have added 5 types of dals to this recipe. No fermentation is required, so you can make this mix dal and oats dosa easily for morning breakfast.
