My friend, Prabitha, and me have curated some recipes that will give you great ideas to get the whole family eating some delicious vegan and gluten free meals.
We have whipped up amazing colourful momos with some super hot chocolate to go with.

Colourful wheat Momos
Puree
Beetroot – ½ cup
Carrot – ½ cup
spinach – ½ cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup + ½ cup + ½ cup

Filling
Finely chopped carrot – ½ cup
Finely chopped cabbage – ½ cup
Corn kernels – 1/3rd cup
Coriander stems – 1tbsp
Chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Green chilli – ½ tsp
Sesame seeds – ½ tsp
Jaggery powder – ½ tsp
Pink salt – 1 tsp
Crushed Tofu – 100 gms

#hotchocolate
Almonds – 20 no. Soaked for 6 hours
Cashews – 6 no. Soaked for 6 hours
Cacao powder – 2 tbsp
Jaggery powder – 3 tbsp
Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
Rock salt – 1/8 tsp
