Bread Appe/Bread Paddu/Bread Paniyaram/Bread Guliyappa /Bread appam is Instant recipe.Appe/Appam is a south Indian dish.Instead of using rice & dal do little variation.You can made this innovative recipe with leftover bread.It is very simple to prepare , easy,healthy & tasty recipe as we added vegetable to it.Do try this recipe .Let’s see the recipe.
Ingredients :
– 12 Bread Slices
– 1/3 Cup Rice flour
– 1/3 Cup Besan
– 2/3 Cup Suji/Semolina/Rava
– 2/3 Cup Curd
– 1 Onion chopped
– 1/2 Capsicum chopped
– 1 Carrot grated
– 1/4 Cup fresh Green Peas
– 2-3 Green Chillies
– Curry leaves
– Salt to taste
– 2 Cups Water
– Oil
– 1 Sachet Eno or 1 Tsp Eno
Method :
– Take Bread slices Make small pieces add to mixer grinder
– Grind well
– Add Rice flour,Besan & Suji
– Grind it again
– Take the ground mixture in bowl addCurd,Salt & water
– Mix well prepare batter for appe
– Lastly add Eno & little water
– Mix well batter is ready
– Pour batter into greased appe patra / mould
– Cover lid cook aape till both the sides golden color by flipping them
– Serve Bread Appe/Bread Paddu/Bread Paniyaram/Bread Guliyappa/Bread appam with chutney or sauce
