No wheat, no oil the fastest healthy oatmeal bread with 1 egg | Gluten Free Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
▪️ 1 cup ground oat flakes /oat flour (gluten free)
▪️ 1/2 tsp salt
▪️ 1 tsp baking soda
▪️ 1 tsp lemon juice
▪️ 50g mix of seeds (I used sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds)
▪️ 1 egg
▪️ 200 g plain yogurt
Baking tin 10 cm x 20 cm (Preferably smaller)
Bake 180°C – 30 minutes
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
*Use any mix of seeds 50 g
2. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
3. Bake 180°C – 30 minutes.
