This mango chia pudding parfait with yogurt has rapidly become a favorite snack of mine. Delicious, filling, and easy to make. It is low in calories and high in nutrients, making it ideal as a pre or post-workout snack or a breakfast dish.
Note: When preparing the mango chia pudding, let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours for the chia seeds to gel up. I recommend letting the pudding sit overnight for the best results.
