Helo guy’s my today’s recipe is two yamy and healthy recipes first is kiwi banana smoothie and 2nd is fruit yogurt parafit..

It’s also full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E and potassium….they also have alot of antioxidants and are good source of fiber.
Kiwifruit were called Chinese gooseberries. They are native of the northern part of China.

Ingredients for kiwi banana smoothie….

1 glass… Milk
Half cup…. Nestle yogurt
2 tbsp…. Sugar / honey
2… Banan
2 kiwi

Ingredients for fruit yogurt parafit..

200 g… Nestle yogurt
2…. Kiwi chopped
2… Banana chopped
Half cup… Grapes
Any kind of plain sweet biscuits.. As required..
