It’s that time of year again – mango season is finally here! For all you mango enthusiasts out there, the excitement is palpable. Who can resist the sweet, juicy goodness of a perfectly ripe mango?
But before we dive into a delicious mango recipe, let me tell you about my recent experience with Prolicious. I had the pleasure of trying some of their samples, & I was particularly excited to taste their macaroni. After all, who doesn’t love a good macaroni dish?

To make the salad, you’ll need
100g of boiled Prolicious macaroni
20g each of sliced tomatoes, onions, & green capsicum
50g of chopped Alphonso mangoes
a handful of chopped coriander
8-10 mint leaves
15g of mustard sauce
20-25g of mayo.
Simply mix all the ingredients together & garnish with some chopped mangoes & coriander leaves.
