Here’s my version of vegetable fried rice 😍❤️ Got some leftover cooked rice? Add some veggies and whip out this delicious lunch! Recipe below!

Ingredients:
2 cup cooked rice
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 tsp chocolate garlic
2 tbsp chopped carrot
2 tbsp chopped cabbage
2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped scallions
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste

Recipe:
Heat oil and add ginger and garlic. When it’s half-fried, add the veggies and saute well. Mix with the rice, soy sauce and salt. Enjoyy!!
