PANEER also known as COTTAGE CHEESE or CHHENA is an unaged, acid-set, non-melting fresh cheese. I have shown how easily you can make fresh low fat Paneer at home which is free of any chemicals or preservatives. Paneer can be used to make various savoury and sweet dishes.

INGREDIENTS :-

2 Litres of DOUBLE TONED MILK

Juice of 3 LEMONS or 3 tbsp of VINEGAR
