Sorghum Olive Salad – Packed with Polyphenols Fiber Protein – What can be better ! – Nutrient Rich and DELICIOUS 😋

✅Please cook sorghum on Sundays and keep it in air tight container in fridge- so you could make this salad any day of the week in minutes!

Here is my recipe for you friends 💕

Serving 1-2 individuals

🔹Combine all ingredients in one big bowl and mix.

❇️1 1/2 Cup of Organic Spring Mix
❇️1 Cup of organic arugula
❇️1/3 cup of organic cooked sorghum
❇️3 TBL spoon of olives of your choice

🔹SEASONING:

❇️1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt.
❇️4 TBL spoons of olive oil
❇️1 or 2 to taste TBL spoons of balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
❇️3 TBL spoons of goat or ships milk feta or creamy cheese – I use Trader Joe’s creamy goat chevre cheese
