My toddler love uttapam, I make all different color of uttapam of his choice. Today, I made red uttapam by adding some grated beetroot.

Ingredients-
– 1 cup Suji/semolina
– 2 tbsp Dahi/Yogurt
– Salt as needed
– 1 tsp Black pepper
– Half small onion finally chopped
– 1 small grated carrot
– 1/2 grated beet root
– 1 tsp ginger

Let’s make it –

– In a mixing bowl, add semolina and yogurt, mix it with little water and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
– Meanwhile, chop and grate all the veggies.
– Now, mix the veggies with semolina mixture. Add salt and pepper and mix it well. At this point, add little water to make batter like consistency.
– Now, oil the heated pan and add 2 tbsp of batter and spread it.
-cook both side for about 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
– Now, Red uttapam is ready to enjoy.
