What I eat in a day for fat loss and body recomposition

Not your typical weight loss diet, I time my carbs using carb cycling and maximize fat loss through intermittent fasting. Combining both of these protocols together allows me to take an approach that truly works for me on my fitness journey. This video shows what I would eat on a typical low carb day while on a cut, following a cutting diet to lose fat and build and maintain as much muscle as possible.
