🎂 Healthy Baby Cake Smash Recipe (fills two 8 inch cake pans)
4 mashed ripe bananas
4 large eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS: Add wet ingredients (bananas, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla) into a bowl. Whisk together (I used a hand mixer on low). Add in dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking soda) and mix. Pour evenly between the two pans. Bake in the oven at 350* for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
🤍 Healthy Whipped Cream (icing) Recipe
3 cups whipping cream
6 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients into a bowl. Whisk on high with a hand mixer until stiff.
