Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Filet
Salt
Pinch of Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon of melted ghee
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 sliced tomato
1 sliced onion
1 cup sliced capsicum
Dressing:
1/2 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup Corriander leaves
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 Tablespoon of Lemon juice
Garnishing:
A few Corriander leaves
A few dill leaves (optional)
Steps:
1. Marinate the chicken by applying salt, black pepper and butter.
2. After 15-30 minutes, place the chicken on a hot skillet or grill and roast the chicken from both the sides.
3. Cut them into thin slices and keep aside.
4. For the dressing, gring the mint leaves, Corriander leaves, Greek yogurt,salt, pepper and Lemon juice in a mixie grinder and make into a pouring consistency.
5. Now assemble the salad by adding all the vegetables in a bowl.
6. Add the grilled chicken
7. And drizzle the mint dressing
8. Garnish with some Corriander and dill leaves.
