Baked Moong Dal Pakoda
Moong Dal Pakoda are fritters made using moong dal and a few other simple ingredients. Serve them with green chutney for tea time snack
Ingredients
1 bowl moong dal
1 medium size onion chopped
1 cup spinach
2 tsp besan
2 green chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of asofeiteda
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Oil for greasing
