How to make creamy cheese broccoli sandwich for weight loss with no mayonnaise|Veg sandwich recipe
Ingredients for 2 sandwiches :
Sugar – 1tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Broccoli – 1/3 cup
Tomato – 2 tbsp
Onion – 2 tbsp
Hung curd – 1/4cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Oregano – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese – 1 tbsp
Brown bread – 4 slices
Butter – 2 tsp
Procedure:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and broccoli florete and cook for 5 minutes. Cut into small pieces. Mix everything together.
Take slices of bread and generously apply the stuffing then cover with bread slice, now apply butter on the both side of the bread.
Grilled the sandwich.
