Hummus – A perfect party appetizer, healthy and tasty 😋.
Ingredients:
1. Boiled chickpeas – 2 cups
2. Spring onions – 1/2 cup
3. Handful Basil leaves
4. Handful Mint leaves
5. Handful Cilantro
6. Lemon juice
7. Olive oil- 1/4 cup
8. 2 garlic pods
9. Salt as per taste
10. Ice cubes
Grind everything into smooth paste, transfer into serving bowl, garnish with olive oil, chickpeas, spring onions & cheese. Serve it with falafel, pita chips or salad. Enjoy 😀
