Healthy Apple Chicken Salad Wrap

Here is quick and easy recipe for a healthy meal anytime. It can be customized to your tastes and can also be made into a lettuce wrap or eaten by itself!

Ingredients/Directions:

2 Cups Chicken breast
1 Cup Apples
1/2 Cup Green onion
1/2 Cup Tomato
1/4 Cup Cilantro
1 Tbs Chile pepper
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt

Mix all ingredients well, chill for at least 1 hour.
