♡ I’m Molly Pelletier. I am a nutritionist and yoga instructor from Cape Cod, MA. I currently study Nutritional Science/Dietetics at Boston University. I release new science-based nutrition and health videos every Sunday week. In this video, I discuss some tips and tricks for eating healthy with acid reflux/GERD. It can be SO challenging to eat when lots of foods (spicy, acidic, fatty, etc) irritate acid reflux symptoms! It’s important to be aware of your individual triggers but not to become fearful and stressed around food. Food should be fun!
