Gram Flour Pancake or Besan Chilla Recipe!
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of gram flour(Besan). Gradually add water, stirring constantly, until you get a smooth batter. Add 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, and 1 green chili. Grind 1/4 tsp coriander seeds in a pestle. Add to the batter. Add 1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves. Mix it well. Place the 1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)and 1/2 cup broccoli in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and garam masala to the bowl. Start with a small amount of each, and adjust to taste. Heat the pan over medium heat. Grease the pan and spread the batter gently. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Grease this side of the pancake with more oil or cooking spray and cover it for 1 more min. Remove the lid and flip the pancake. Add grated paneer(cottage cheese) and broccoli on top of the pancake.
