◽ Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS✨:-

1. Wash and dry the potato.
2. Use a mandolin or a knife to thinly slice the potato and transfer into an ice bath for 5 minutes. Pat dry.
3. Place the slices on a large plate topped with parchment paper (make sure the slices aren’t touching), sprinkle with salt and microwave for about five minutes until crispy. Repeat until you’ve used all the slices.
4. Store in an airtight container and serve as is or with a dipping sauce of choice. ENJOY!
