Falafel is a very popular middle eastern snack made of chickpeas.

Recipe:

Falafel
1 cup Chickpeas
3 cups Water
Soak overnight

Soaked Chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped Onions
2 tbsp Curl Parsley
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
4-5 cloves Garlic
2 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Greetings to a coarse paste

2 tbsp roasted Besan
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Mix everything well

Take a portion and form tikkis

Bake @ 180° C for 30 to 35 mins until crisp

Pita Bread

Slit in the center to form pockets

1 tbsp Garlic Aioli
Lettuce Leaves.
