Ingredients
100g self raising flour
100g Greek Yoghurt 1 pinch of salt
Method
Mix flour, yoghurt and salt together in a bowl
Knead with your hands until it becomes a sticky mass
Add more flour if necessary
Flour your bench and rolling pin and turn onto the bench and roll into 1cm thickness
Cut perfect circles
Pan fry with a little spray oil
Done and dusted!
