Ingredients for the Chimichurri sauce:
►1 cup fresh basil
►3 cloves garlic
►1/2 cup olive oil
►2 tbsp red wine vinegar
►1 tsp salt
►1/4 tsp black pepper
►1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Ingredients for chicken thighs seasoning:
►6 chicken thighs
►2 tbsp garlic powder
►2 tbsp onion powder
►2 tbsp basil
►1 tbsp salt & pepper
►Olive oil to coat thighs
Ingredients for corn on the cob sauce:
►4 corn on the cob
►3 egg yokes
►1 lemon
►3 cups avocado oil
►2 tbsp white wine vinegar
►1 clove garlic
►Salt to taste
►3 tbsp Calabrian chilli peppers
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
