Apples and Oats make a light and healthy dessert | low calorie dessert ideas

This apple oat cake is one of my tasty dessert ideas. You can make a healthy and nutritious dessert out of apples and oats. It is a low calorie cake that tastes great. Almost like a different way to eat fruit.

Ingredients
3-4 medium apples
1 cup ground old fashioned oats (82g)
6 tbs egg whites (92g)
3 oz non fat Greek yogurt (85g)
1/4 cup sweetener (monkfruit like Lankanto) (40g)
4 oz unsweetened almond milk (112g)
zest from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch
