To Make Oats Paniyaram

Oats -1 Cup
Water- 11/2 Cups
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli -1 No.
A Piece Of Ginger
Carrot – 1 No.
Cooked Peas
Cabbage – 1/4 Cup
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 Tsp
Salt- 1 Tsp
Rice Flour – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Today we are going to see making of Oats paniyaram
recipe. Making of Oats paniyaram is simple,quick and
perfect for those who want to

Method:
1. Soak the rolled oats in water for 30 mins.
2. Grind the soaked oats along with the soaked water
into a coarse batter.
3. To the batter, add chopped onions, chopped green
chilies, chopped ginger, grated carrot, cooked peas,
grated cabbage, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt,
rice flour and mix everything well.
4. Make sure the batter is thick and not runny.
5. Add the chopped coriander and give it all a quick
mix.
6. Heat the paniyaram skillet and grease the moulds
with ghee.
7. Gently drop in the oats batter into the moulds.
8. Cook for 5 mins on one side. Flip the paniyarams
with the help of a spoon and cook for 5 more mins on
the other side.
9. Remove the Oats Paniyarams from the skillet and
serve them hot with any chutney of your choice.
