Please join me as I show you a HEALTHY MEAL PREP FOR THE WEEK! I focus on recipes that are EASY. I alway pick Weight Watchers friendly recipes and include the points below. I also created the recipes in the WW app for you to save. Our lineup this week will be breakfast cookies, copycat Starbucks egg bites and Greek inspired chicken bowls. +Pre-breakfast: Breakfast Cookies ( 1 WW Point per cookie)

+Breakfast: Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites ( 1 WW Point per bite)

*I used the Applegate chicken apple sausage for the meat (WW points are calculated with that)
+Lunch: Greek Inspired Chicken Bowls OR Pita Sandwich 🙂 (2 WW Points)
Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts
¼ cup Primal kitchen Green Goddess Marinade
3 Mini Cucumbers
2 tbsp Tzatziki Sauce (per meal)
Pita Bread of choice (I used the points for the one I had, which is the Joseph’s brand)
Directions: Marinade the chicken in the green goddess dressing. (At least 2 hours). Next, cook the chicken in the oven, air fryer, etc. until it reaches 165 degrees. Slice up the chicken and cucumbers and assemble them in your container with 2 tablespoons of the Tzatziki sauce. You can use a piece of pita bread and stuff all the ingredients in there as well….I did, it was so good!
