Recipe of this super easy besan cheese chilla is here
– Take about 1/2 cup of besan, add some water to the besan slowly and make a medium thick batter.
– Add all the vegetables of your choice, I have added finely chopped onion, tomatoes, broccoli, coriander & grated carrots & beetroot
– Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder
– Make a flowing consistency batter
– Spread thin chillas, cook on both sides, shred some cheese & sprinkle chilli flakes, cover and cook for a minute for the cheese to melt and ENJOY
