Here is a list of high-carbohydrate foods:
Grains: Rice, oats, quinoa, barley, wheat, and other grains are high in carbohydrates.
Fruits: Apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, mangoes, pineapples, and other fruits are high in carbohydrates.
Starchy Vegetables: Potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, corn, peas, and other starchy vegetables are high in carbohydrates.
Legumes: Lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans, black beans, and other legumes are high in carbohydrates.
Dairy: Milk, yogurt, and other dairy products contain carbohydrates in the form of lactose.
