Chicken Steak sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Bread slices
1 fried egg
1 Chicken steak piece (Recipe shared)
Homemade thousand island sauce 3-4 Tbsp (recipe shared)
Onion slices 2
Tomato slices

Method:
Start layers on steak sandwich by adding sauce to first slice and add cooked egg then similarly to next t slice add sauce then steak piece.
Add third slice and add sauce and vegetables like onion, cucumber, lettuce, Tomotoes etc.

To make it more healthy use low calorie Mayo, siracha sauce and mustard instead of thousands island and add boiled eggs instead of fried.

Lastly use brown or mulitgrain bread instead of white bread. This recipe is best for lunches and dinner meals. Serve them with fries or healthy snack of your choice.
