Sostojki:
Kompiri 570 g,
Kompirovi snegulki 20 g (4 s l),
1 jajce,
Zachini po vkus: sol, biber, origano, meshan suv zelenchuk.

Izrendanite i iscedeni kompiri dobro izmeshajte gi so ostanatite sostojki. Formirajte 7 ili 8 topchinja i prezete gi vo zagreana tava na malku maslo, po 5- min od sekoja strana.
Oladete gi a potoa napolnete gi so: kashkaval, domat, rukola, marula ili po vash vkus.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, healthy and very tasty sandwiches. Quick and easy to prepare!
Ingredients:
Potatoes 570 g,
Potato flakes 20 g (4 tbsp),
1 egg,
Spices to taste: salt, pepper, oregano, mixed dry vegetables.

Mix the grated and drained potatoes well with the other ingredients. Form 7 or 8 balls and fry them in a heated pan in a little oil, for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Cool them and then fill them with: cheese, tomato, arugula, lettuce or to your taste.
