Ingredients

To cook Quinoa
Quinoa – 1 Cup
Water – 1.5 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Olive oil-few drop
For Fried Quinoa
Olive oil – 1 TBS
Ginger and Garlic – chopped 1 TBS
Medium size Onion ½ – chopped
Chopped carrot– ½ cup
Peas – ½ cup
Chopped tricolor bell pepper – ½ cup
Tomato chopped – 1 medium
Cooked Quinoa
Turmeric – 1/4 TBS
Salt to taste
Green onion – 1 stalk
Green chili (Optional)
Coriander and cumin powder – 1 TBS
Lemon juice per taste
Cilantro – 1 TBS
