Udaipur, the city of lakes is not just a city it’s my heart and it’s Rajasthan’s soul. Since my childhood I wanted to live in this city as I’ve fond memories of our farmhouse and the people who lived in it. Udaipur is home of my father, and he is such a raconteur, narrating his unique experiences that sound like Rajasthani folklore. My father’s love for Rajasthan is what I’ve inherited and his passion for long walks. I enjoy morning walks on the streets of Udaipur so much that I can’t go about a day without it. It is more than a habit. Walking fills me with inspiration and motivation. Breathing in the fragrance of trees, listening to the birds and insects song has become a significant part of my morning routine. Later I sit in my balcony with tea and a book with morning breakfast. I enjoy thoroughly the combination of nature and amazing stories of a completely different world. Sharing with you the best part of my day, hope you like it.
