INGREDIENTS (makes 6)
2 tortillas
6 eggs
30g cheddar cheese
6 slices of ham
½ tsp mixed herbs
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp garlic pepper
Method
Cut your wraps into 6 small circles to fit into a cupcake tray
Add a slice of ham into each wrap case and crumble in your cheddar cheese
Crack one egg into each wrap cup
Add your mixed herbs, chilli flakes and garlic pepper
Place the tortilla egg cups onto the basket in your cuisinart mini oven airfryer
Set the timer to 10 minutes and switch the temperature to 180oc on airfryer mode. After 10 minutes your eggs will still be runny, but the tortilla will be crisp
