Paneer Naan bombs recipe | stuffed naan bomb | naan bombs on Tawa | Healthy snacks recipe :
Ingredients:
1 cup paneer cubes
1/2 cup onion and capsicum chopped
1 tbsp mix herbs
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tbs ginger chilli paste
2 tbsp chilli mayonnaise ( you can use as per your choices)
salt to taste
Naan dough / left over bhature dough
Dough recipe:
1 cup plain flour
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp yoghurt
pinch of baking soda
water as require
Process ::
– combine all ingredients together and make a soft dough
– apply some oil and dough and give a rest for 1 to 2 hours
