Super low calorie and fat beef bulgolgi 🥩🇰🇷

Makes 2 serves:
Calories – 270 per serve
Macros – 20.6c / 4.9f / 37.7p
Pre marinade (you can find most of these ingredients from a Korean grocer)
300g thinly sliced lean beef (hot pot beef)
30ml soy sauce
25g plum extract
20g stevia
20g mirin
10g minced garlic
1-2g beef stock powder or MSG
A pinch of Pepper
Other ingredients (while cooking)
60g carrots (thinly sliced)
100g enoki mushroom (cut in half)
100g spring onion (shredded or chopped)
1. Cook the beef and flip the meat when one side of the meat is cooked rather than stirring it too much if you’re using thinly sliced beef.
2. When the beef is cooked, mix in the carrot.
3. Add enoki mushroom and cook slightly.
4. Place it on the plate, garnish with thinly sliced spring onion.
5. Have it with 150g of rice for one serve!
