👉How do I prepare the dandelion?!
🚩In this video I show you 2 simple types of dandelion leaf salad, fried bread with garlic and butter, and on top I put dandelion salad (a kind of bruschetta) and we put the dandelion to dry for tea!
But let’s start with a healthy tea!
Then we clean the harvested dandelion with the root, then we make the selection: leaf, stems, flower and root! Wash the dandelion leaves very well, then leave them to dry and then put them in the refrigerator.
🚩1. Simple salad with oil, homemade vinegar, cottage cheese, onion, tomato, salt and pepper.
đźš©2. Salad with dandelion leaves and stems, a little more consistent – I added ham.
🚩3. fried bread, served with garlic, butter and dandelion salad with tomatoes on top.
