Recipe:
First: 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of potatoes, and ½ cup of peas. Place them in a pressure cooker and allow them to cook for two whistles. Once cooked, mash the vegetables and set them aside.
Second: heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai. Add 1 chopped onion and fry until it turns transparent. Then, incorporate the mashed vegetables, ½ tsp of chili powder, and ½ tsp of salt. Mix everything well.
Third: To assemble the sandwich, take a set of bread slices and apply the mashed vegetables along with a cheese sheet. Cover it with another bread slice. Heat a tawa and ensure it is properly heated. Apply butter on the tawa and place the prepared sandwich on it. Cook for two to three minutes on low flame, using pressure while cooking. Flip the sandwich and repeat the process on the other side.
