Ingredients:
how to make thick almond milk
1 cup almonds (overnight soaked)
1 cup water

1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp liquid jaggery or Honey
1 mango chunk (medium-sized)

Notes: You can make ahead the chia pudding i.e. soak the chia seeds in almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice and store it in the fridge overnight.
Instead of almonds, you can also use soaked cashew nuts
You can make two servings of chia seed pudding with the soaked chia seeds.
