Ingredients:
2/3 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp caster sugar
1 cup plant milk

Put dry ingredients in the bowl and whisk. Add plant milk in and whisk. Pour a dash of olive oil on a pan and scoop teaspoons of the batter on the pan, let cook until you see lots of little holes then flip. Cook for another 30 seconds then put on a plate.
You can use these blinis to make carrot salmon blinis.
