To a pan add 1 tsp ghee and shallow fry

100 grams each chopped Kaju, badam, pistachios, walnuts.
Add 50 grams sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and poppy seeds .

Shallow fry on low flame and add 1 tsp desiccated coconut powder.

Take another pan ,add 1 tsp ghee and deseeded dates and cook until soft .

Add dates to a mixer jar and blend smoothly.

Mix fried dryfruits and dates mixture and make a laddu.

This tastes yum and sooper healthy for adults and toddlers.
